Admins who are part of a chain but only have access to 1 Org in the Chain are able to access adding/editing fields but are unable to save.

Expected behaviour that admins can't edit fields when they're part of a chain (only admins who are chain admins also) but ideally it shouldn't let the user get that far in the first place
