We would like to make the Pipeline Headers more disctinct in the Dropdown menu.

When working as bookingmanager for a chain with several hotels and also have to print daily event with details for both hotels. You easily mixed them after printing because it is not written anywhere which property is for.

When you work for a hotel that services multiple major languages, it is important to be able to present your documentation in those languages. Currently, the only way to have menu items in multiple languages is to upload different versions of the menu. Ideally, we would like to have different language settings on the menus which would allow us to produce an English menu as well as a Dutch menu.

Room and revenue has to be manually entered whereas this information is avaiable in Mews. Would be great if this could be pulled automatically.

When we are grouping packages, we would like to be able to show the clients the following: Package name - number of attendees x price = line total I don't want the package to add up all the menu items within the package. I want the number of packages to show, which would be the same number applied to each menu item within the package.

In the note section it would be ideal to be able to view the first two lines only and than expand should you wish to read more. This is to minimise the scrolling of larger pieces of text to find what is relevant.

When we click ‘reply’ in an email thread in Event Temple, we aren’t able to see the previous email any more to refer to when we are responding which means we are having to open the email in Outlook at the same time in a different window to check what the client has said and answer their questions.

When I move a booking from one status to another (i.e. from a tentative to a definite status) I would like the option to automatically apply specific task workflows to that booking. For example, when it moves a definite I would like it to trigger tasks to: check deposits, verify rooming lists, confirm guaranteed attendance, etc. Right now, I need to remember to manually apply those workflows.
