Ability to Archive Menus

We would like the ability to archive menus. Options for this could be if there are no active menu items, then don't show the menu as an option, or potentially the ability to archive a whole menu & its contents

We would also like the ability to archive sub-menus. Being able to archive menus and sub-menus would significantly reduce the size of the very long dropdown lists when trying to find the right menu item.
