Add a 'guest portal' for customers

We'd like to have a client portal where our guests can log into and see all documents, as well as payment reminders, even tasks to remind them of other upcoming things we need them to follow up on.
It would be great if there was also some sort of 'estimate' page the guest could work with.
It would be a list of available Menu Items with their prices, the guest can then add/remove/enter the quantity (eg number of guests) for each item they would like. It will calculate a total for each item & grand total. Ideally, this information would then feedback into their Booking.
Some other things it could have:
Everything needed for planning.
Layouts
Custom hostname (ie. Portal.venuename.com)

It would be great if the client could select the catering options they would like straight from Event Temple with the menu we provide

This would be a huge help! The ability for us to publish certain menus for a client to make selections from within this portal, including options to add-on upsell options, would be amazing. The ability to add thumbnail photos next to each menu item would also be a big plus!

It would be nice for the end users/clients to have access to a portal where they can see documents, collaborate, etc. This could be expanded with tasks assigned to the client, payments, chats, etc.
