Add ability to reorganize email templates when they are on different pages

When having more than 25 Email Templates they are spread across different pages and this makes it impossible to re-order them as you can't drag them to different pages.

We have removed the pages from templates so you can now re-order them when there are a large number. Thank you for sharing your feedback!
