Add COGs (Cost of Goods) / net price to Menu Items

It would be great to track the cost of goods of Menu Items, for example: I buy a catering package for 10€ but charge 15€ only those 5€ actually stay with me and hence is the only thing that should be reflected in the financial status.
I want the ability to then report on this, so I can see Profit Vs Revenue. An example report is attached

We could really benefit from having a way to track cost of a menu item. Not everything has the same gross margin, so it would be really nice to know the margins/profit on a booking and currently we'd have to do this in a third party system.
