As a resort or hotel that has a resort fee, currently using menu items but would like to add on a resort fee to show up as a tax. It would be great to have the option to select dollar amount when adding a tax, not just percentage

It would also be handy if you could base this on a 'per person' amount (eg a fee charged per person, per night of the stay)
