Add Booking Dates, at the moment only 'definite date' is available when selecting the 'definite' status. We need to see the data based on when the booking is happening, rather than when it turned definite.

Would also be handy to have the 'inquiry date'. There isn't a booking conversion report, and the booking list doesn't give you a total count.

The booking graph gives you a count, but people can't then use it to calculate conversion, since it's reporting on separate parameters. 'new' is inquiry date' but definite is 'definite date'. Both should be inquiry date.
