Additional information (Pax, Language, etc) on Calendar

We would like a way to show some event information in the calendar directly. e.g. amount of people and language, instead of just the Booking name.
The Event Team is planning their work and wants to know how many things need to plan in beforehand. e.g. If they have 60 people in one event they need 6 staff. By clicking into each individual Event, it will increase the time they need to prepare for these Events, and by adding this information so it shows on the Event Diary automatically it will shave off their time by a lot.
