Allow 2 Users to use the same email address to use the system. Example, both represent Event Sales in their property so both use events@ourproperty.com and manage the events together. They need to be able to send and receive emails from ET using that address to keep the email chains going off the same address. And they want the clients to have a seamless experience regardless of which one of them is working that day. RB
