Allow users to control which fonts are available for their organization

As part of our branding we have a specific font and we'd like the ability to use it on our Documents & emails. Please provide an organization setting that allows users to select which fonts are used on their documents & emails.

Size and colour should also be factored into this

I agree!! We need Gil Sans MT for all of our emails to stay on brand, and find the current font setup on ET quite frustrating.
