A group’s attrition refers to the percentage of contracted rooms that a group can get away with not picking up before being charged a penalty by the hotel, as laid out in the contract.

Currently, you have to keep track of this attrition percentage outside of ET and then manually calculate it based off of the values you see for each group on the GRC report.
