Base Workflow Actions on Booking End Date

We have multiple day bookings & many of the tasks we need created are based on a booking END date - Eg sales agent to follow up 3 days after the booking END date, Manager to follow up 7 days after the booking END date. We'd like it so we can add a workflow action based on this field.

Context:
We would like to have the option "after Booking End Date" for setting-up a task, one day after booking end date to share our satisfaction survey.
Acceptance Criteria
Add 'When' option before Booking End Date
Add 'When' option after Booking End Date
