Instead of making this work as a lock against things, make it a live dash
  • Like a live set of bar graphs that shows the 30min block for event/serving time
  • 25 trays as a graph, with 10 trays in darker colour showing how full up that resource is at that time.
  • This would be visible as you are adding items. Let the human operator make the call vs trying to program it, simply giving the information visually is enough.
