It would be great if we could add/remove who gets notification emails rather than just the assignee of the Booking / owner of a Document and primary contact of the Booking.
Oftentimes more than 1 person needs to be notified that a Document has been submitted, or a stripe payment is made. When a team member submits a Document, we want all managers to be notified
Some notifications, like changing the assignee, we do not want the notification email to be sent at all, so in that case we'd like to turn it off.
