Choose who is notified for notification emails

It would be great if we could add/remove who gets notification emails rather than just the assignee of the Booking / owner of a Document and primary contact of the Booking.
Oftentimes more than 1 person needs to be notified that a Document has been submitted, or a stripe payment is made. When a team member submits a Document, we want all managers to be notified
Some notifications, like changing the assignee, we do not want the notification email to be sent at all, so in that case we'd like to turn it off.

Currently, the Stripe Payment notifications go to the assigned user of the relevant Booking. However, we would like this notification to go to both our financial teams' email address and the assigned user of the Booking.

We would like to be able to decide which of the automatic notification from Event Temple we want "on" or "off", for example, we would like to turn off the notification when a Booking has been assigned to a different user.

Currently when we receive a payment via Stripe, or a guest signs a contract, only the assignee of the Booking gets an email notification - I would like other team members like my accountant, who has an account on ET with us to receive the notification from ET.
Having something similar to the Intake Form Setting where we can add multiple emails for different notifications would be very helpful.

Right now, the User that has the Booking assigned to them will receive a notice when a Document is signed. We would like to be able to dictate which user receives a notification.
