Would love to be able to view the catering pace for our fiscal year instead of calendar year (or by month instead of full year)

We made a small edit to the title of this request to include all pace reports (previously it was exclusive to the Catering Pace report.)This is a functionality people have Requested for Catering AND Group Pace Reports.

Our team operates on the same calendar as the university school year.
In order to properly run our catering budget, we need to run two separate reports spanning two calendar years.
It would be very helpful to be able to customize the time span for which the report is run.
