When running a Sales Productivity Report, I have come to find that the Room Nights spill over into next month if the Group straddles two months. For example, I have a group checking in on March 29, 2024, for 15 nights. With this Group crossing into two months, the Group appears on both my March Productivity Report, as well as my April Productivity Report.

I am interested in running a report by month, that tells me the number of actual rooms booked in that month alone. Where it stands now, when a Group falls into two different months, the same Group appears on (in this example) the March and April reports.

This throws off my Production Reports and is especially time consuming at the end of the month when management wants to know by month, not by Group, and we have to get out the old calculator and go to town.
