As an Event Temple User, I want to be able to predict the order in which my Menu Items show up. My internal teams need to be able to see the items in the proper chronological order.
I can add a serving time to these items to help with that, but not all my items have a serving time and its cumbersome to add one.
1) When Menu Items are added that have a serving time attached, they should show in the chronological order of the items (current behaviour)
2) When Menu Items are added, that do not have a serving time, they should show up on the Bookings/Events in the order they were added
3) Following the logic of criteria 2, when multiple items are added at once, they should respect the order that appears in the submenu they are associated with.
