It is great to be able to have a record of email correspondence for each booking but
  • the view/layout is not very user friendly when there are plenty of emails. I think because there is a new box for each email + when you open that email then it has a chain it makes it so difficult to find what you are looking for. It would be good to have either one box per email thread or one box per email but not both thread and emails.

It would be handy to have a search functionality for email bodies within the email sub-tab on the Booking Summary.
Where it shows 'sent' (see image) it is at the bottom of the thread when you open it - so because you can not read the email before clicking 'more' you don't know if this is the email that you are looking for.
