Make filters multi-select checkbox options instead of picklist

We often want to select multiple options when using filters, however many filter options such as Account Type only allow you to select one option so we have to run the same report multiple times to get what we need.

It would be helpful to be able to filter reports using a comparison other then equal. For example I want all Pipeline stages but a select one or two.

I received your notice that custom fields that are pick list now have multi-select options. I checked one of my custom fields "account type" under settings, and it still is a picklist without the option to change it to multi-select. how do I do this. Please help. Thank you.

Stephen Mackintosh: Hi Stephen! "Account Type" is an Event Temple system field. These aren't yet available as a picklist but we are continuing to work on this feature and once complete we'll let you know.

Here at Group Dynamix, we show account types as a customized field structured as picklist.if that's the case, can our customized field called "account type" be changed to multi-select option?

hello Katie, I just checked again and you are correct. There is a systems field called account types. We did set up another customized field called account type under "booking". I believe This is the field we use when building our reports. because this is a customized field, can it be changed to the multi-select option?

I would like the ability to select multiple options for list filters in event temple. As an example, I have two staff members who Want to see their combined bookings together in a saved view. Right now I have to create a view for one of them, and create a view for the other. Since they work together, They would like to see both of the bookings assigned to them together.

I would like to pick more than one item from a given list provided by a filter.

This is possible for certain filters, such as booking status - there is a list of selections with checkboxes. Then there other filters where you can only pick one item via a picklist, these filters I'd like to be checkboxes too, so I can select more than one option.
