Right now, after a Menu Item is sent to the PMS, it is locked for editing within Event Temple. This makes things particularly difficult if we have to make changes to those items due to a customer complaint, or some kind of administrative oversight.

I if we need to make any changes to our invoices or documents after the item has been sent to the PMS, it is not possible under the current set up.

Another reason is that often customers will use mews to invoice out of event temple prior to an event, and then again later on. For example a choice group or menu selection needs to be invoiced but selections aren't made until closer to the event
