If there is no reply after a given period of time can a reminder email.

This action would only apply to specific designated emails not all. The reminder could be set to x days depending on the email context.

We'd also like the ability to blanket the response/functionality to multiple contacts at the same time. For example, you 'cold call' 50 people with emails and want a follow up those that have not responded.
