Update Customer Information on new Intake Form Submission

When an existing Contact submits an intake form, their details are not updated in ET due to security, That is problematic because we work with a lot of sororities that pass down their email but they change Social Chairs every year.
If you could at least have a note in the email that they typed in a different contact name would be helpful

Enthusiastic co-sign! I understand for security reasons why it would be important not to override the existing contact details, but the fact that I can't even see what the guest actually typed is deeply frustrating.
In our case, we deal with a lot of organizations who have rotating volunteers sharing the same email (i.e., volunteer@nonprofitname.org). We have also ended up calling people by the wrong name if they have married or divorced since their last booking with us. And on at least one occasion, we even deadnamed a guest who had come out as trans since their last booking. Not a good look!
I know I could get around this by replacing the contact name fields on the intake form with custom fields...but then I would have to manually add in the names for each new contact, which would be a huge time-suck. I would love a better solution.
