I'd like to see workflows/automations triggered when a stage is updated. It doesn't seem like it would be too hard to match that status change with a workflow. Workflow would be adding tasks as well as automated emails.

Example, when stage is set to event complete, send email with survey link and put in a task to close the file. Another task to follow up a week later and finally a task to close out the booking!

In addition to those being able to send an automated trigger if a booking has been in a certain stage for a set number of days. Eg Stage "follow up sent" if the booking is still in that Stage for 7 days, send another follow up email.
