When editing a document, there should be a "page break" indication of where the Document will create a new page when it is downloaded as a PDF. Currently you cannot see this until you download the document. If this isn't checked, page breaks can occur mid-sentence / or between a heading and main text making it look messy and unprofessional. Having to add manual page breaks is too time consuming to do regularly and won't always work depending on the information in each manual page break. For each page break, it should also show a page number, so when printing at a later stage we can ensure we have not missed any pages. EG Page 1 of 3

With the new Documents layout, the page automatically zooms to 'fit the width' of the page, however for many people the Document is zoomed at 178% making it near impossible to work on the Document as you can only see the top component. This means they have to zoom out each time. It would be more convenient if the zoom is set to 100% or allow users to choose their preferred set zoom

When using Documents, there is a dropdown & various merge fields for Account (eg address / phone/ iata) but for a Travel Agent we only have a 'Travel Agent Name' field located under the Booking header. When using a Travel agent, we need to show their IATA number and often their address and other details too so this needs to be available in merge fields

We want an easy way to have a "date printed" on the BEO's . Sometimes there are changes and our banquet team has an old BEO. and this is a good way for us to ensure the team has the most up to date beo. The team can manually type this information prior to printing a BEO but this is time-consuming & doesn't help when batch printing. Having an option when we export a PDF or batch print PDFs would be really useful.

When adding a 'signature' document element to a document, you can choose client or vendor, however for the 'initial' document element, you cannot. Please add an option to select vendor or client.

In the Menu Item Element for Bundled Menu Items, the Cascading option shows each individual item price, however there should be an option to show the bundle Total instead. We don't want guests seeing the breakdown of items. Using the 'Grouped' option isn't suitable, as we need to show the individual items for the guest.

We would like to see all the areas of a Document where Users & Clients can input data (like checklists and picklists) be given the option to be made mandatory. If a user misses required field, make it obvious which field they have missed - currently it just has a small asterix and the guest can miss this

I would like the ability to manually mark my documents as submitted. While most people will use an electronics signature, I do get clients or partners that sign documents by hand and drop them off at the office. At this point in time, there's no way to mark those documents as received or done if there is no electronics signature.

When creating a BEO, the individual menu items associated with a Bundle are in disorder and our kitchen team clients do not understand their selection. I cannot use the 'group' Bundled items function as we need to see each item. I would like it so each Bundle header shows, and then lists the associated menu items underneath in the right order

Bookings have multiple events with unique specifications. I want to be able to pull in Notes and various fields from all of my events to my Documents, not just the primary event.
