Would love to be offer our clients a fillable and saveable form! We send through a Questionnaire and the one complaint we get is that guests can't fill and save along the way.

Default End Date Picker to start at the same date chosen in start date
We are having issues with several of our clients inputting the wrong end date when submitting an Intake Form. Part of this reason is because the date pickers default back to today's date. Meaning if the booking is quite far in the future they then have to scroll through to get back to the relevant month. This has happened on several occasions. Having the End Date default to the same date chosen for the start date would make it a much easier process for the client to submit.

Show all Intake Form fields in notification email
We have added additional Intake Form fields so we can tailor our response to the client however the notification email we receive doesn’t show us all of the fields even if they have been completed – we just get the basics. This means we have to open the booking then navigate to the different sections to find all of the info – e.g. check under contact details what the client’s address is, check the booking type to see if it is a wedding/corporate enquiry etc. This is more time consuming than just having it all in one email so we can read at a glance.

Make Form & Origin reportable fields
Currently when an intake form is submitted, it shows the Form & Origin in the booking which is great, however there's no way to then report on this data to see how many responses we got from each form, or origin.

Booking Fields on Intake Forms
We're currently using a Custom Field to gather a Referral Source for guests, we then have to manually update the Referral Source on the Booking. We'd like the ability to add the Booking Referral Source & Other fields as an Intake form element. These options like on the Referral source should then have the ability to be set to public or private, as some referral sources may be for internal use only.

Add ability to feed Intake Form information into Events
I would like to be able to collect Event Level information (like expected guests, Event Type, Space) on my intake form. Currently, I have to collect the information in a Booking Custom Field and manually copy it to an Event.

Enable Specific Automatic Replies to Intake Forms
Great to see emails can now be automated in response to intake forms. Is there a way to set parameters on what email is sent out (ie based on the event type)? Example being able to send out an email template to a wedding vs a conference inquiry that requires different information

Add attachments to Intake Form
We are wanting to give clients the option to attach images or PDF files inspiration for their event etc when they send us an inquiry form. Currently we can use a multi-text custom field for them to add a URL to a google doc/drive but not all of our guests will use this.

Add Contact address fields to Intake Form
We like to collect a customers address upon them submitting an inquiry, however these fields don't currently link to intake forms. We have to use a custom field which needs to be copy/pasted manually over to the correct fields
