Feature Requests

Issue: Intake forms always generate a booking, even when only contact or account information is required. Suggested Improvement: Allow forms to create contacts independently of bookings to improve organization and avoid unnecessary bookings.

Would love to be offer our clients a fillable and saveable form! We send through a Questionnaire and the one complaint we get is that guests can't fill and save along the way.

We are having issues with several of our clients inputting the wrong end date when submitting an Intake Form. Part of this reason is because the date pickers default back to today's date. Meaning if the booking is quite far in the future they then have to scroll through to get back to the relevant month. This has happened on several occasions. Having the End Date default to the same date chosen for the start date would make it a much easier process for the client to submit.

Great to see emails can now be automated in response to intake forms. Is there a way to set parameters on what email is sent out (ie based on the event type)? Example being able to send out an email template to a wedding vs a conference inquiry that requires different information

It isn't normal for us to display other companies commercially. In Denmark that is normally when you use something for free. So the "paying" is in the form of a commercial. Other than that it doesn't look good - especially not in a blue color.

the overflow scroll in the iframe is causing double scrolling issues and the scaling of the form based on the width of the viewport means it isn't really responsive it should instead only be scaling the width

We want to have a white submit button with black text if the form is on a black background, however the text in the submit button cannot be customized

We need information such as tax number, website, address, etc.) to show up as options to have people fill in on the intake form so we don't have to create custom fields & copy/paste them

When an existing Contact submits an intake form, their details are not updated in ET due to security, That is problematic because we work with a lot of sororities that pass down their email but they change Social Chairs every year. If you could at least have a note in the email that they typed in a different contact name would be helpful

We have yearly renters that book immediately every year through out intake forms and we would like to limit how far out they can reserve a spot so they don't dominate a certain time frame every year. I would love to create a 18 month out limit in the system so I don't have to do it manually every time.
