Feature Requests

I often have invoice for many items, sometimes multi-day and multi-event Bookings. When creating invoices, everything is bundled together. I would like to be able to show on an invoice the items grouped more neatly. eg What event and day each charge appears. Underneath each grouping, there should be an option to show the sub-total, with the total invoice amount appearing separately.

We would ike the ability to have multiple invoice formats for different parts of our business. They would have different logos & bank information, terms etc

It would be really helpful if the booking number was automatically added to an invoice. (With a way to add/remove if needed.) At present, our finance team needs to log into Event Temple to look up the invoice to get the BK number, which isn't ideal.

We would like the ability to automatically re-send unpaid invoices (i.e. sending an invoice over and over again until the client actually pays us)"

We have a pre-payment of 30% 14 days after making the booking and 70% 3 days in advance - currently this needs to be added to every invoice - we'd like to have a default setting so this is automatically applied, and then we can update if necessary on the relevant invoices.

We noticed for invoices that the connected invoices look to have been phased out. On the new invoices it gives an option under the option to group bundle items but not to group package items (which we use).

I'd like my invoices to show Event Date, rather than Booking date. We have multiple day bookings and we send an Invoice for each Event, so it's confusing to clients when it shows the booking dates, rather than event

Ability to mark a zero balance invoice as paid or make a "payment" on a zero balance invoice.

We would like to be able to "reset" the Invoice (Prefix) Counter. When accidentally deleting an Invoice or when starting the New Year, there isn't a way to reset the Invoice Numbering.

Some users want to be able to customize the layout/format and information of their invoices in a similar fashion to Documents. An example layout is attached. Some organizations would also like to have "GST at 15%" rather than "GST (15% on xxx.xx)" Having the ability to use Custom Fields & system merge fields on Invoices would be beneficial to this
