At the moment cloning a Booking clone the Events and Menu Items that are part of a package but not the package itself

We have noticed that once we have set packages up that include events which have default start and finish times, there is then no way to change these start and finish times away from the default when adding the package to a booking. We have to add the package (at the default times) and then save and go into the individual events to amend the timings. It would be useful to be able to do this when adding the package to the booking in the first place.

Packages are hidden if more than 50 packages are added, meaning the first ones are no longer usable.

Event Setup and Style are now required and never used to be. Please make less fields required.

We want the order of the menu items in the package to be respected when adding the package to a booking
