it would be very helpful for us if we could get the ability to « split » the quantity of how many items we want to send at once. Now, if we want to send one item, we only have the ability to send all 20. But if we could choose to send only 5 in the first step and then 15 in the second step, for example, it would help us very much. Just an example: some seminar guests have to pay for the overnight stay and the seminar packages on their own. So if we could send them all alone - like send one and one and one and one, we would have it split in Mews perfectly!

we want to post the charges to a company profile in mews without a paymaster At the moment we have to create a Paymaster profile for a booking in MEWS, because we can only post to profiles and not to accounts.

Right now, after a Menu Item is sent to the PMS, it is locked for editing within Event Temple. This makes things particularly difficult if we have to make changes to those items due to a customer complaint, or some kind of administrative oversight. I if we need to make any changes to our invoices or documents after the item has been sent to the PMS, it is not possible under the current set up. Another reason is that often customers will use mews to invoice out of event temple prior to an event, and then again later on. For example a choice group or menu selection needs to be invoiced but selections aren't made until closer to the event

When you have picked up your rooms in reservations (from Mews) and later on you need to cancel. All rooms are mixed up with cancel and confirmed. Is there a way that we can make all the canceled rooms at the bottom of the list and the confirmed first? When you have a big group is difficult to have control over how many are cancelled and how many are confirmed.

When creating a reservation group we would like the default option for the confirmation to the client to be "no not send" instead of "send".

In some countries or cities we need to apply 2 (or more) different taxes to our guestroom blocks and/or reservations. Right now in ET we can only have 1 tax for accommodation. Specific to the Mews integration

Within StayNtouch, it's possible to add a 'shoulder' date in which the guests of the group can arrive, but it is taken out of general availability (ie there are no rooms set aside as part of the group block). We'd like the ability to add a shoulder date in SNT & for it to update accordingly in Event Temple and vise versa
