Within StayNtouch, it's possible to add a 'shoulder' date in which the guests of the group can arrive, but it is taken out of general availability (ie there are no rooms set aside as part of the group block). We'd like the ability to add a shoulder date in SNT & for it to update accordingly in Event Temple and vise versa

Whenever we change Accounts/Contacts in StayNTouch, they also appear in Event Temple. This creates unnecessary Accounts and Contacts in Event Temple. (e.g. Only an Account with a name and billing address that is used for an Invoice in StayNTouch). We would like the option to only have Accounts/Contacts from Event Temple to Sync with StayNTouch and not the other way around.

When a Group is synced to SNT, it is not possible to add or remove the room types on the synced group in ET. We have to go into SNT to do this which disrupts our workflow.

It looks like every created rate (or a pre-defined Rate) in Event Temple will be created as "hide rate" in SNT. Therefore it's not possible to book this rate via our OBE anymore. We would like to be able to have a setting in ET that sends the instruction to SNT to not Create the Rate as "Hide Rate"

When posting Menu Items to StayNTouch, rather than showing the Category name in the StayNTouch Description, we would like the option to fill in a Reference that populates the StayNTouch description. It would be best to have the Item or Group charge reference as the description in StayNTouch, so we can see what we booked.

To ensure that Groups stay up-to-date please do regular syncs for Groups

We will like to be able to add the Posting Account to our function sheets so the events team know which account they should use to charge any incidentals that will occur during the event.

SNT’s transactions tab has detailed information about the actualized groups and charges. We'd like this to be visible in Event Temple in the Group
