When you change the status to lost in ET, the group is canceled in SNT, and once the group is canceled ET resyncs the group again which causes the blocks to be removed. This information should remain so that properties can easily report on lost groups within Event Temple.

With the StayNTouch integration it would be great to have a way to have menu items send to SNT, preferably with the relevant revenue category information included
