Feature Requests

We'd like to have a client portal where our guests can log into and see all documents, as well as payment reminders, even tasks to remind them of other upcoming things we need them to follow up on. It would be great if there was also some sort of 'estimate' page the guest could work with. It would be a list of available Menu Items with their prices, the guest can then add/remove/enter the quantity (eg number of guests) for each item they would like. It will calculate a total for each item & grand total. Ideally, this information would then feedback into their Booking. Some other things it could have: Everything needed for planning. Layouts Custom hostname (ie. Portal.venuename.com )

We like to keep our CRM up to date and tidy, this includes cleaning up/merging duplicate clients/accounts. We would love the ability to be able to Merge Contacts when there are tracked emails present under each contact; whilst also keeping the content of the emails. Currently this is not possible

It would be helpful to be able to clone an event to multiple dates at a time. For example, a client is running a course for a week, and every day is the same. It would be nice to clone the event from Monday to Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri in once action, instead of one day at a time. Another example is a recurring Event, that will occur every sunday from 5-8. I will invoice monthly and just want to add it to the same Booking (instead of having a recurring Booking each week, clogging up my Pipeline)

Finding my saved reports is very difficult when they're hidden behind the grey button that simply shows the quantity of saved versions of a standard report. Could the Reports page show my custom reports as part of the full list of reports, perhaps indented, so that I can find them easily?

As an event manager, I'd like an automatic email to be sent out at the time a booking is created, specifically those that are created via intake forms. It allows you to auto send a welcome email with a brochure attached with pricing etc - instead of making the client wait until you're in front of the computer.

In the browser tab it is always "Event Temple - stay on top of it" I would like it so that is provides me with more details on the tab I am on. Other tools I know use a dynamic naming of the browser tab to improve orientation. In daily business, when I have several browser tabs of event temple open at the same time it is sometimes hard to keep track on which is which.

The revenue categories for One of our Organizations are different ones in comparison to the other. Currently any changes I make to Revenue Categories apply to both Organizations. I would like the ability to modify these on an individual Organization Basis

We are happy that we can ‘overbook’ spaces. At our property, a space with 250 capacity can be booked by 5 different groups of 50 for instance. We would like to receive a warning when the 6th group is booked that the maximum capacity of 250 is reached.

SNT Rover allows users to manage daily rate pricing, however currently only 1 price still comes over to ET. We'd like it so whatever rate has been set up in SNT/Rover will feed through to ET Groups

When having more than 25 Email Templates they are spread across different pages and this makes it impossible to re-order them as you can't drag them to different pages.
