Changing the Booking Status seems to update the group, however it stays at what was already in SNT

When you change a Booking Status and automatically update the Group, it does not change the group status either in ET or SNT when it re-syncs

i didn't reinstate the booking Sarah from ET did to see what was happening. i want to cancel a booking on ET ( change to LOST) and then it automatically cancels the bedrooms on our system SNT .. it is still not working at the moment on any of our hotels. When you change the booking to LOST on ET the bedrooms do not cancel on our system SNT. please can you look into for me thanks Jane
