Email replys are not syncing correctly for Organizations part of a Chain

I am getting messages sent to the wrong store when I am emailing them through ET. I keep attempting to correct it by sending messages through the correct store by the clients response is going to the wrong store.

For users part of a chain, if the user isn't part of a specific organization but the customer belongs to that org then the email reply isn't coming through

We have made improvements so that reply emails sent from Event Temple will link to the organization where the email thread originated. We'll continue to update you as future email improvements are released.
