We are happy to report that the issue with our third party email provider has been resolved.
As a result of their partial outage, any emails that included attachments that were sent between 3/22/22 10:00 AM EST and 3/23/22 5:00PM EST may need to be resent. Please take the time to review your email correspondences as appropriate.
Users still encountering the error should re-upload the file and try again.

Update!
Our emailing tool provider has been working on this issue, they are monitoring their initial "fix" to be able to confirm that the problem is completely solved.
We have tested on our end and our emails with attachments are currently sending.
We will notify you once we have an official confirmation of the bug being fixed!

Our team have investigated this and we can confirm it is currently an ongoing issue with the provider we use to send emails via Event Temple. Their team have been working on this and are planning on having it resolved shortly. We will be in touch as soon as we have an update
