We needs to be able to dictate which folio Groups should be assigned to. As such we create the Group in CB first and link it back to the Booking in ET. When I originally linked this Group, none of the room data (blocked amounts or rates) would populate even though you can see the data is there in CB.

I deleted and relinked, it still pulled no data through, but reverted to a Custom rate. Which allowed me to enter the rate and link the group successfully.
