Replies sent from Gmail are not linking Booking in ET

-User emailed via the Booking in ET (so email is associated to Contact + Booking)
-Guest replied -> email associated to contact & booking as expected
-User replied back via email -> email associated to Contact but DID NOT associate to the Booking
