This bug has now been fixed!
Contacts should be correctly assigned to their respective email. Please note this fix is for future emails only. Any past emails will still show as they were.

I am getting a lot of misallocations of booking and or contact details on incoming emails even when the correct booking/contact exists with the relevant email address contained in them. Bookings I can edit, but it's a pain. Contacts allocated to emails seemingly can't be changed so the error remains permanent. Oddly, the eroneous contacts and bookings are a select group which for some reason the system always (mis)uses.

Getting more frustrated with emails in ET - problem above still causing localised chaos and now it is declining to pick up emails sent by some contacts from our imap mailboxes. Problems not retricted to a single user here so feels like a problem within ET.
