Menu Item Fixes

Following up from our recent release of Menu Items to our New Look, we have fixed the following issues:

When a menu item is deleted but is part of a package or on a document, then an appropriate error message displays instead of a generic error message.
Only revenue categories that the organization has access to will appear
When you scroll or click the up/down arrow keys while on the price field, the number will not change in the input field
