Shareable Spaces

Admin Users can now flag specific spaces as ! This gives the ability to overbook/share the space with more than one Event at the same time, on different Bookings, regardless of the organization-wide Space Conflict setting.

If an Event has been booked in a shareable space, we'll show you the attendees & space capacity, as well as the Event/s taking place at that time. These will always be a 'soft' conflict, so your team can decide whether to go ahead with the new Event or not.

: If a Space has Blocked Spaces, or is part of a Blocked Space, it cannot be sharable.
