To minimise manual work, and give us the ability to customize our own reports outside of ET we'd like Menu Items, along with all of their details to be available via the API.

For example, the daily events with details cannot be filtered by revenue category, so we need to use the menu item listed report, export it to excel, then manually customize it using a pivot table in order to group it.
