We're currently using a Custom Field to gather a Referral Source for guests, we then have to manually update the Referral Source on the Booking.

We'd like the ability to add the Booking Referral Source & Other fields as an Intake form element.

These options like on the Referral source should then have the ability to be set to public or private, as some referral sources may be for internal use only.
