We want an easy way to have a "date printed" on the BEO's . Sometimes there are changes and our banquet team has an old BEO. and this is a good way for us to ensure the team has the most up to date beo.

The team can manually type this information prior to printing a BEO but this is time-consuming & doesn't help when batch printing.

Having an option when we export a PDF or batch print PDFs would be really useful.
